Although this is Wildcat country, she is actually a Lobo.  Rachel graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.  She is a mom to an 8-year-old son and a 2 -year-old daughter.  She does not have any specific favorite food since there are too many good foods to just choose one!  What she likes about Tucson is actually the weather.   She enjoys the nocturnal lifestyle, “with it being so hot on most days,  Tucsonans seem to venture out at night.  It's so common to see people exercising, walking their dog, or strolling after the sun goes down”.  Rachel's hobbies include being a mom of 2 young beautiful kids, which doesn't leave much time for much else but she likes to read, try new recipes, and take time for herself when she can.
