PCC Wellness Program
Award Winning Wellness Program

First established in 2009, the PCC Wellness Program was established by the benefits department under the direction of the benefits advanced program manager. Since it's conception, it has undergone growth like none other. The program hired a dedicated wellness program manager who initiated wellness resources and challenges from scratch! The program continues to grow and with the contributions of the Wellness Coalition Team and teammates throughout PCC it continues to get better!

In 2016, PCC was first recognized by the Healthy Arizona Worksite Program as a silver plated wellness program. Fast forward to 2021 and PCC is recognized as a 3-time Platinum level Wellness Program leading the way for not only the college but  the surrounding  community!

PCC continues to be recognized by organizations such as the American Red Cross, the American Cancer Society and the Wellness Council of Arizona as a superior performer in the field.

Pima Community College, together with the Wellness Council of Arizona, bring an interactive approach to the holistic style of wellness by providing offerings such as fitness workshops, monthly challenges, chair massages, yoga, health coaching, financial counseling, and so much more!

All offerings are FREE to employees of PCC.
